Includes: This is our uniquely Pasture Raised Grain Finished Ground Beef that's, well legendary! Seriously I dare you not to fall in love with it! This is what our friend Mundo, way back in 2016, after purchasing a Quarter from us, came to us and said "boys yall got something real special here! I don't know how you're going to do it, but you're going to figure out a way for me to use this ground beef in my restaraunts!" And so we did and as such have now made it available for individual purchase by you! 
 
We don't scrape the bone, no tendons, and we never add pig-fat, dyes or other injectables! Our ground beef is made up of only beef, and then precision ground into deliciousness!
