You can pick up your order directly from Cut Beef HQ located at 4517 Old Bullard Rd, Tyler, TX 75703.

We are open for order pickups during the following hours:Tuesday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PMSaturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PMSunday & Monday: Closed

You will receive an email and/or text notification the moment your signature package is packed, frozen, and ready for checkout at our HQ.

We get it, life happens! If you can't make it when your order is ready, just give us a call at 903-405-7400 or email order@cutbeef.com. We'll happily hold your order in our freezers until you can make it in.

We pick up our fresh cuts from our processor every single Wednesday! If you want to grab your favorite cuts right after they arrive, planning your store pickup or local delivery for later in the week is a great option.

Yes! In partnership with Pine & Rose Mercantile, we offer specialty items and seasonal products. Follow us on social media or better yet, come see us in person to see what we currently have!

Unpaid orders: We're happy to hold unpaid orders for up to 7 days, unless otherwise agreed upon. After 7 days, the order may be returned to inventory. Paid orders: Paid orders will be held until you are able to pick up. If you know you'll need your order held for an extended period, just let us know!If you have any questions about your order or need to make special arrangements, please reach out to us - we're happy to help!
