We are open for order pickups during the following hours:Tuesday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PMSaturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PMSunday & Monday: Closed

How will I know when my pickup order is ready?

You will receive an email and/or text notification the moment your signature package is packed, frozen, and ready for checkout at our HQ.

What happens if I can't make it to pick up my order during store hours?

We get it, life happens! If you can't make it when your order is ready, just give us a call at 903-405-7400 or email order@cutbeef.com. We'll happily hold your order in our freezers until you can make it in.

When do you restock fresh cuts?

We pick up our fresh cuts from our processor every single Wednesday! If you want to grab your favorite cuts right after they arrive, planning your store pickup or local delivery for later in the week is a great option.
