Select the size that fits your family and freezer space (Quarter, Half, or Whole). You can choose between our rich Grain-Finished or 100% Grass-Finished beef.
STEP 2:
Place Your Order
Secure your selection online, at our storefront, or over the phone. You can choose to pay in full today or secure your share with a 50% deposit. For local deliveries within our zone, shipping is free on orders $100+! We also deliver outside of our zone for an extra fee depending on the distance. If you need it shipped outside our local area, just give us a call at 903-405-7400 for a custom shipping quote.
STEP 3:
Custom Processing & Aging
Our beef is professionally processed and dry-aged for maximum tenderness and flavor. It takes about 2 to 4 weeks from order to arrival to ensure you get the absolute highest quality.

Pick up your order or await your delivery! Your beef comes individually wrapped, flash-frozen, and ready to feed your family for months to come.
